What is Mission-Driven Marketing™?
Mission-Driven Marketing™ The core approach of Davidoff Communications is an adherence to its Mission-Driven Marketing methodology. Mission-Driven Marketing includes the Asset Maximizing Process (AMP), the Dynamic Value Assessment, and the Ideal State Action Planning (ISAP) strategic process. Mission-Driven Marketing helps establish or re-focus how a product or service can be positioned and marketed in support of company goals. The concept behind Mission-Driven Marketing has the potential to have a profound impact on how organizations think about its marketing and communications and how it develops a corporate partnership marketing program. ![]() Through Mission-Driven Marketing methodology, you will: Uncover the strongest assets in your organization that have value to prospective partners Build momentum in your development of new funding Talk about your mission, programs and accomplishments in a more compelling way Add new structure and resources to align employees and volunteers to reach big goals Tell good news about the difference you are making in the communities you serve Asset Maximizer Program™ (AMP) An integral part of our Mission-Driven Marketing methodology is the Asset Maximizing Process. AMP is a process to inventory an organization's existing assets, tangible and intangible, in order to gain a deeper, broader understanding of a product, service or program. Ideal State Action Planning™ (ISAP) The ISAP process comprehensively assesses the present state of a project, brand or organization. This process also engages key personnel in open communication, encouraging teams to name the ideal state and pathways necessary to bridge the gap between present state and ideal state. ISAP's typically incorporate a combination of in-depth, cross-departmental organizational interviews, facilitated strategic planning sessions with key stakeholders, executives and/or staff, an evaluation of existing organizational materials and a scan of secondary research via article searches and the internet Dynamic Value Assessment The Dynamic Value Assessment is a process of evaluation a product, service or program's positioning among the peer group and competitive set with which it is competing for awareness, funding or other objects. This process allows organizations to see where they can differentiate themselves. It provides an objective assessment of how they rank against competitors in terms of value provided to their desired audience. An accurate and thorough Dynamic Value Assessment will help organizations see distinctly where their strengths and weaknesses are. |
