Over 25 years, Jennifer has held senior marketing posts at Weber Barbecues, Stiffel Lamps and FlexRx Healthcare (purchased by Medco Containment), where she developed marketing and advertising strategies that spurred record growth. Jennifer has been on the cutting edge of the holistic health movement, and is sought out by OTC drug and beauty care brands such as Vicks, Quaker, Olay, Carefree, Metamucil and Enfamil to help them develop new products under the Wellness platform.

Jennifer has an MBA in finance and marketing from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. As adjunct faculty for the Wright Leadership Institute, Jennifer coaches and trains executives and high performers toward greater authenticity, performance and excellence. She and her husband, Scott, live in Chicago with their children Sarah (10) and Jack (3). Jennifer is a gourmet cook, needleworker and singer, and serves on the Midwest Board of the Weizmann Institute of Science. She attends annual Pilgrimages to sacred places around the world.
